Ontology
On the Theoretical Foundations — A Note on Obscurity by Design

SiteRecon deliberately borrows from disciplines that do not normally speak to each other. None of these frameworks were designed for this purpose. That is precisely why they are useful here. Mainstream threat platforms use the same tools as each other. SiteRecon treats spatial intelligence as an interdisciplinary problem — borrowing the sharpest instrument from each field, regardless of its origin, and making it answer a geospatial question it was never meant to answer.

GGM
Dividend-Discount Finance Theory
The Gordon Growth
Model

A stock valuation formula with no obvious business inside a threat intelligence platform. We use it anyway, applied to commercial site viability, because the underlying logic is sound: a site's strategic value decays or compounds over time like a financial instrument.

The formula forces analysts to ask "what is the long-term yield of this location?" rather than just "is it dangerous today?"

MJA
19th-Century Industrial Geography
Marshall-Jacobs
Agglomeration Economics

A framework largely abandoned even by economists who know it exists. We use it because it models something real and undermodelled: why clusters of similar activity attract more of the same, and why that matters for predicting where a threat ecosystem will grow next.

Spatial clustering as a leading indicator of adversarial concentration — before the intelligence community notices it.

HHI
Antitrust & Competition Law
The Herfindahl-
Hirschman Index

A market concentration metric from antitrust law. It tells us whether a site exists in a monopolised or competitive commercial environment — which predicts both economic fragility and adversarial interest.

A monopolised commercial zone is structurally fragile. A contested one is strategically contested. The index makes both legible.

Mainstream threat platforms use the same tools as each other. SiteRecon does not compete on that axis. We compete on the depth of the question — and on our willingness to import the right instrument from wherever in the intellectual landscape it happens to live.

BuildSense

Photorealistic Architecture

From building footprint to 8-view photorealistic render in 2–3 minutes. Geometric aesthetic inspired by classical Michelangelo proportions applied to contemporary buildable form.

ARL
Aerial
Top-down bird's-eye overview of the full site and surroundings — the colossal view that anchors all eight perspectives.
STR
Street Level
Pedestrian view at the main entrance — human-scale perspective.
NGT
Night
Dramatic night scene with glowing windows and city reflections.
INT
Interior
Main lobby or open-plan workspace flooded with natural glazing light.
EYE
Eye Level
1.7 m standing view from across the street showing full facade.
DRN
Drone 45°
Oblique aerial fly-by showing massing, roof, and site context.
DSK
Dusk
Golden dusk sunset with warm raking light across the facade.
AXN
Exploded Axon
Architectural diagram revealing floor plates, structure, and systems.
